Seiyuu appreciation post: Fukuyama Jun and Ono Daisuke

Wow, back when both were such young, fine men. JunJun's long hair gives off such a different vibe than his current look (which is a short bob), makes him look much more mature. And OnoD's fringe + brown hair makes him look so much younger and have a cutie-pie face.

8*Prince's new album: ViViD Wave - a must listen!

I haven't listened to Vocaloids for a long time, but when I heard that 8*Prince recently released a new album, ViViD Wave, I thought I should try it out, because I really liked 8*Prince's previous works (eg. Distorted princess). I am definitely not disappointed with this album. There is just so much electropop-Vocaloid goodness. All the songs have a steady beat and catchy tune. It makes you want to dance all night long!

You must listen to this album! I especially love Luka's track: Party Killer.

Since we started a Cosplay tab, I thought I would also help out contributing to this section.
Here's an interesting tutorial on how to draw the double eyelid effects using a spoon.

Free! - Episode 3 [v.P]

My comments aren't going to make much sense this week because I'm too gagged over the skin fanservice, and because this episode is focused on my fav character Megane-bro, and how he ends up joining the swim club even though he can't swim. I felt that his "reason" for joining was pretty weak and kind of forced, essentially it's just "Wow Haru's awesome at swimming, I want to be like that too, I'm gonna quit the track team and join the swim club".

So in order to conform to my aforementioned nonconformity, it's only right that I post something that has nothing to do with cosplay or makeup whatsover. Since I'm absolutely hopeless at digital art (maybe pumpkin can remedy that) , I can only hope a pencil sketch will work.

Brothers Conflict - Episode 3 [v.P]

HEY BRO! Yes it's that time of the week again. 

And. First scene. First line. OMGOMGOMGOMG. /SPAZZZZZZZZ// KANAME ♥♥♥

This week's story revolves around: 

1. Fuuto having a go at Chi-chan, and then Yuusuke ends up butting in just as Fuuto goes to kiss Chi.
2. Juli finally converses with Louis, and they make a promise to protect Chi-chan.
3. A short school parent-interview session with Chi, Yuusuke, Kaname and the teacher. Of course, Kaname pulls out some sugar-coated lines.
4. The wedding of Chi's father and step-mother, and the preparations beforehand. Of which the other two siblings, Hikaru and Natsume, finally show their face.
5. Chi's father is really hot.
6. Subaru being all Tsun towards Chi because he can't get over the accident that happened last episode, where he got drunk at his party and accidentally yelled out that Chi is being an annoyance in the family, and he also "accidentally" topples on top of Chi and kisses her. But he ends up being able to apologize and Chi forgives him.
7. Natsume realises that Subaru likes Chi.

BroConf + UtaPri 2000% (Part 1)

Tonight, I decided to rewatch (again) BroConf (Eps 1& 2) and UtaPri Maji Love 2000%.

When one rewatches anime, there are little details that one tends to pick up, or have not noticed upon previous watching. I thought that I would share my revelations (aka an excuse to fangirl all over again) regarding these two animes.

Pumpkin's Palette: Ikemen!Wataru

Ever since Ysabella suggested the idea of Ikemen!Wataru (aka what Asahina Wataru [BroConf] would look like if he was older), I couldn't get the idea out of my head, and I ended up drawing what I think Wataru would grow up to look like.

My Debut!

OK, ok not exactly my real debut, since I used to have a personal blog, but 'tis my new grande debut into the Mbt team! I have to say I feel like a kid in a candy store - so many topics to cover~so many options~

Even though, I have signed myself down to be the resident noob cosplayer, I have the attention span of a sugar high ADD child and therefore will deviate all over the place depending on what strikes my particular taste of fancy of the week.

I bet Mbt is regretting his brash decision in recruiting me.

Shingeki no Kyojin Boulder cosplay...

What exactly does cosplay mean? Does dressing up as anything that appears in an anime considered as cosplay?
Someone "cosplayed" as the boulder that Eren picked up to block the wall in Shingeki no Kyojin. Is this acceptable?

Meganebu! posts first PV trailer
