What exactly does cosplay mean? Does dressing up as anything that appears in an anime considered as cosplay?
Someone "cosplayed" as the boulder that Eren picked up to block the wall in Shingeki no Kyojin. Is this acceptable?

Meganebu! posts first PV trailer

The first PV trailer for the upcoming Autumn anime, Meganubu! has been revealed!

I support the half-rimmed glasses XD, may potentially be biased because Suwabe is voicing that character.

And I just realised today that Erwin Smith (Shingeki no Kyojin - blonde guy below) is voiced by OnoD. I reckon the producers set OnoD as Erwin and HiroC (Kamiya Hiroshi) as Rivalle on purpose, since in real life OnoD and HiroC are really close buddies, and in the anime Erwin is a close "friend" of Rivalle's.

Tonight the Meganebu!'s production team held a live announcement session regarding the staff, cast and character information on Niconico, and the official website also updated with these information.

The cast includes: Suwabe Junichi, Kimura Ryohei, Kouki Miyata, Akabane Keiji and Tamaru Atsushi.

Shingeki no Kyojin OP CD obtains rank #2 on Oricon charts

Oricon released the first set of rankings for new CDs releases for this week, which includes Shingeki no Kyojin's OP song, Guren no Yumiya by Linked Horizon, which scored an amazing rank of #2. Gero's single, BelovedXSurvival, the OP song for Brothers Conflict, got ranked #18. Further, I couldn't believe my eyes when the Karneval (OnoD+Hirarin) Character CD got within top 30, in particular #26, this goes to show how powerful the fandom is.

Psycho Pass second season under planning

Production I.G President & CEO Mitsuhisa Ishikawa acknowledged in his Anime Expo panel on Saturday that a second season of the Psycho-Pass anime is in the works. According to Ishikawa, script development and production are under way.

The official website for the television anime series announced on Friday that an all-night screening event will include an "important project announcement." The event will screen the entire 22-episode series in select theaters in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo on September 6 starting at 9:00 p.m.

The announcement will be made at the Tokyo site, while the remaining screening locations will have live streaming of the announcement. The series' main cast and staff will also attend.
